Loxton Builders approach is a collaborative one that includes the owner, designer and the building team. The design is always tailored to suit the owner’s budget NOT to be redesigned due to an unrealistic design and budget as so many people experience.
Everybody has a budget in mind.  Our purpose is to eliminate unnecessary costs by identifying build-ability and cost solutions at the design stage. 

We understand that efficiency in the design and selection of finishes during the design stage will save time and money and allow the build process to flow smoothly. Other consultants are engaged when you, and us, are completely satisfied that we have provided you with a responsible cost efficient design.
